These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ZN99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering, depositing or placing any bet. By using ZN99, you confirm you have read and accept these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZN99 ("ZN99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZN99 online gaming platform accessible at https://zn99.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

To register and maintain an Account on ZN99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ZN99 conducts age verification as part of KYC. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not register, deposit or play. Any Account found to have been opened by an underage user will be suspended immediately and all deposits returned net of any withdrawals already made, pending investigation.
Each user may hold only one Account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must register using your own true identity — using another person's details, fabricated information or a fictitious identity is a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using ZN99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register. ZN99 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in all locations.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or insolvency proceeding that would prevent you from entering into financial commitments.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth and agreement to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.
ZN99 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before accepting deposits above certain thresholds. Acceptable KYC documentation for Pakistani users typically includes:

By accessing ZN99, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform and all content therein — including software, graphics, text, data, odds, game logic and user interfaces — are the intellectual property of ZN99 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.

ZN99 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The specific payment methods available in the cashier may include references to familiar Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and, conditionally, cryptocurrency networks. The availability of any payment method at any given time is subject to the Operator's cashier configuration and may change without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status and jurisdiction. ZN99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
Where a deposit is initiated in a currency other than PKR, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Operator's payment processor at the time of the transaction. ZN99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to Account verification status, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements and the Operator's standard withdrawal review procedures. ZN99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times are dependent on the selected payment method and the Operator's internal review queue. ZN99 provides indicative processing windows but does not guarantee specific timeframes. Bank transfer and wallet withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods are subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.
ZN99 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC verification or an active investigation. In such cases, ZN99 will communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
ZN99 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty programme rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
ZN99 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error will be removed and associated winnings voided. ZN99 may decline to offer bonus promotions to any account at its sole discretion.
All betting and gaming activity on ZN99 is subject to the rules applicable to the specific product or game in question, published within the relevant game interface or help section. These rules are supplementary to and consistent with these Terms.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC World Cup, bilateral series), football, UFC, tennis and esports — are offered subject to market availability at the time of placing a bet. ZN99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading team and may be suspended or refused at any time during a live event.
Match and event results are determined by official data feeds. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, ZN99's decision — based on official sources — shall be final. Where an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with ZN99's void/push rules published at the time of bet placement.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer products, by physical game outcomes supervised by qualified dealers. ZN99 does not guarantee any specific return, win rate or outcome frequency. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of rounds and do not predict individual session results.
ZN99 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, system error, odds feed failure or breach of these Terms. Winnings from incorrectly priced markets due to manifest error may be voided.

Where ZN99 identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above, it reserves the right to freeze the Account, withhold funds pending investigation and report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities without prior notice to the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZN99 and its officers, directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:
ZN99's total aggregate liability to any user for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the disputed transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ZN99 does not guarantee any outcome, return or win rate. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. ZN99 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the Platform. Users participate at their own risk and are encouraged to gamble only amounts they can afford to lose.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ZN99 support via email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and any remaining real-money balance returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds not yet converted to real-money balance will be forfeited upon closure.
ZN99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ZN99's internal complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Operator's licence jurisdiction. ZN99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZN99 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
The current version of these Terms, with the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
